Getting Out of the Hardware Business and Into BYOD Workforces

Ronnie Shvueli

We recently had a conversation with our Chief Product Officer, Dvir Shapira, about why more companies are shifting away from the costly and complex process of buying, securing, and shipping laptops to remote contractors and offshore teams.

IT leaders across various industries are expressing a clear desire to move away from the inefficiencies of managing company-owned laptops for remote employees and contractors. Traditional strategies for managing employee devices are no longer effective in today’s landscape, where much of the workforce is either remote, hybrid, or made up of contractors. The process of shipping and securing computers globally creates unnecessary overhead and complexity, straining IT teams and driving up costs.

Venn offers a solution specifically designed for the emerging BYOD workforce. It provides companies with a cost-effective way to manage remote workforces without the burden of hardware logistics. By streamlining IT operations and allowing employees and contractors to use their own devices securely, businesses can reduce overhead and give their teams the freedom to focus on more strategic tasks. Venn delivers a seamless experience for users while ensuring that security and control are maintained.

He was referring to the 2nd transformative IT process that his company has gone through in less than three […]
