About Us

The people and philosophies bringing
freedom without compromise to life.

Our Mission

To help organizations safely empower their people
to work better and live better.

Our Story

Venn was born out of a need to redefine how people work and live. Founded in 2002 as OS33, the company has served hundreds of regulated and securityminded firms, balancing productivity, protection and privacy for tens of thousands of users. We’re a globally recognized SaaS company delivering cutting-edge security and compliance software.
In 2021, the company recognized a new imperative to evolve. Regulatory requirements were more extensive than ever. New
cybersecurity threats and challenges were emerging every day.
Legacy VDI solutions failed to solve for these new realities.

It Was Time for a New Approach

Building on two decades of trust and technological
innovation, OS33 rebranded as Venn and
introduced a new approach to securing remote work on any computer. Venn provides companies with a radically simplified and less costly solution that virtual desktops or having to lock down every PC. Venn’s patented technology creates a smart, secure perimeter around SaaS applications and data, enabling users to work locally with sensitive information and ensure employee privacy by separating work from personal computing activities on the same device.

Our Work + Life Purpose

To help people thrive – to be at their best, every day.
We are technologists committed to a more human concept of how better lives get lived and
better work gets done. We support every individual’s pursuit for a renewed sense of passion,
potential, control and contentment.
We empower people with the tools they need and the trust they deserve to work at their own
pace, in their own space. It’s about working hard and playing hard, not to simply survive the
daily grind. It’s about thriving in body and mind and reaching one’s full potential.

Every day.
